All claims must be reported to them within 8 weeks of the occurrence of the events named in § 1 para. 3 PRV, otherwise the claim is forfeited. On booking (but at the earliest 11 months before the end of the trip) a deposit of 20% of the travel price is payable. The remaining payment falls due at the earliest 20 days before the start of the trip, step by step against handover of the travel documents.
